Savour the exceptional cuisine through Adelphi Catering. Our Menu offerings reflect some of our most popular selections and demonstrate the talents of our in-house culinary team. Whether you select from our suggested menus or "Challenge Our Chef" to design a menu to meet your specified needs, we will deliver outstanding food and service.
To provide you with quality service, we request orders to be placed at least five business days prior to the event. Ten business days notice is required for large receptions, dinners & student events & custom ethnic food requests. Orders placed with less than 24 hours notice will be based on product and staff availability. We will try to accommodate every order. Orders can be placed by internet or phone. Please call the catering manager if you do not receive confirmation of your order at 516-877-3954.
If an emergency order is placed shorter than this time frame substitutions may apply. The organizer undertakes to pay the quoted rates for the number guaranteed or in attendance, whichever is greater.
For internal groups: direct billing will be pre-arranged. For external groups; prior to the event, Adelphi Catering will require a 50% deposit based on the estimated total with the remaining balance due at the time of the event. Cancellations must be received at least three business days prior to the event in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of all anticipated charges. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the function may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all anticipated charges. Payments via credit card will be charged a 3% service fee.
All alcoholic beverages and services are to be provided through the Office of Auxiliary and Event Services 516-877-4299.
Please note that some menu items have minimum billing numbers. For example, barbecues have a minimum billing number of 25. You may certainly order this service for a lesser amount of people (however billing will be based on the minimum billing number). There is a minimum order number of $25.00 for all deliveries or a $25.00 delivery fee will apply. All orders under $25.00 may be picked up without a fee.
